INVADERS' JOHN MCAFEE IN "SUPER STAR TRACK MEET"

(INDIANAPOLIS, IND.) - Indiana Invaders' hurdler John McAfee has
accepted an invitation to the second annual International
Superstars Track and Field Invitational on February 18th a meet
organized by Joey Woody at the UNI-Dome in Cedar Falls, IA.
"McAfee has run several races within a 0.1 seconds of qualifying
for the USATF Indoor National Championships and will be in a
very competitive race that could make qualifying a reality," said
club director Greg Harger. Harger added, "McAfee has utilized the
indoor season conservatively in his preparation his outdoor 400H
season so we are very pleased with the level of his short hurdling at
this a time."
McAfee will compete in the 60m hurdles with a field including
Aubrey Herring (UNI-Dome Record Holder) and Olympian Eugene Swift.
The Invaders' will also have several athletes competing at the Hoosier
Hills Open hosted by Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana on
February 17th.
