(INDIANAPOLIS) The Indiana Invaders have added hurdler Brandon Hon, a graduate of the University of Cincinnati and Walnut Hills High School (OH), to the team's roster. Hon is the second Cincinnati graduate to join the Invaders in recent months as Mary Danner, also a Walnut Hills High School graduate, joined the team in September.

Hon joins the Invaders as the 2001 Conference USA outdoor champion in the 400 meter hurdles. During the 2002 campaign, Hon lead his collegiate team to a team title at the Drake Relays in the Shuttle Hurdles. Hon also set school records in the shuttle hurdle relay and the 60 meter hurdles while at the University of Cincinnati. In high school, Hon set his school's record for the 300 meter hurdles.

Team Director Greg Harger said, "Hon has done a great job in representing Cincinnati while in college. He has demonstrated the potential to compete at a higher level and will have an opportunity to develop his talents in Indianapolis." Added Harger, "Hon's addition to the team will add welcomed depth and enthusiasm for our growing sprint group."
