Athlete Support
Coaching (30%)
Professional coaching is the difference maker in recruiting, retaining, and training top level athletes.
Medical (14%)
Funding allows for specialized evaluations, on-site athletic trainers and sport massage specialists, sport specific medical treatments and priority medical access to sport specialists.
Administrative Support (45%)
Includes office management, professional services, and technology development. Funds allow for the development and enhancement of the team's services and maximizes the application of coaching and medical services.
Miscellaneous (11%)
Includes travel support, specialized training equipment purchases, and unique training-related expenses for the athletes.
Gold Medal Reward Program Fund
Performance based incentive pledge program to compensate athletes, coaches, sports medicine team and the organization for results at Olympic and World Championships in Track & Field and the Marathon.
